1. Core Process of Sludge Dehydration

 As the core equipment of sludge dehydration, filter press can reduce the moisture content of sludge after biochemical treatment from 95%-99% to below 60% through mechanical extrusion and filtration medium, forming a solid mud cake. Compared with the traditional thickening tank process, the dehydration efficiency is increased by more than 40%.

2. Adaptability of multi-stage treatment system
 It is suitable for the connection of various pretreatment processes such as belt, centrifugal, plate and frame, and can treat primary sedimentation tank sludge, residual activated sludge and mixed sludge. The treatment capacity range is 50-500m³/d, meeting the needs of sewage treatment plants of different sizes.

3. Environmental protection standard guarantee
 The dehydrated mud cake complies with the "Standard for Sludge Disposal of Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB24188-2009), effectively controlling the diffusion of pollutants such as heavy metals and reducing the risk of secondary pollution caused by landfill or incineration.
