1. Application: 
1. Juice clarification and pectin separation
 In the production of concentrated juice, the filter press achieves precise separation of pulp fiber and clarified liquid through 0.6-1.2MPa pressure. The special filter cloth combination can intercept more than 98% of colloidal substances, and the pre-coating technology can increase the transmittance to more than 95%NTU, significantly improving product stability.

2. Edible oil dewaxing and refining
 For high-wax oil products such as rapeseed oil and sunflower oil, the filter press completes wax crystallization and separation at a low temperature of 12-15℃. A single treatment can reduce the wax content from 200ppm to less than 10ppm, maintaining the natural flavor of the oil while improving the smoke point.

3. Efficient recovery of whey protein
 The cheese whey is treated with a stainless steel 316L filter press, and the protein retention rate is ≥92% under the isoelectric point of pH4.6. The processing volume per batch can reach 5m³, and the protein recovery purity is 85%, which is 15% higher than the traditional centrifugal method.

4. Dehydration of antibiotic mycelium
 After the penicillin fermentation broth is filtered through the plate and frame, the moisture content of the mycelium is reduced from 90% to 65%, and the hot air penetration drying can reduce energy consumption by 30%. The specially designed quick-opening structure meets the CIP cleaning in place and avoids cross contamination.

5. Precision filtration of Chinese medicine extract
 The 5μm precision filter paper and activated carbon layer are combined to perform three-stage filtration on the Chinese medicine water extract, effectively removing ineffective components such as tannins and resins. The loss rate of the target component is controlled within 3%, which meets the requirements of the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia.

6. Clarification and purification of enzyme preparations
 The microbial fermentation broth is treated at room temperature, and the enzyme activity is protected by gradient pressurization technology (0.3-0.8MPa segmented control). The membrane filtration system with a retention rate of 99% increases the enzyme activity recovery rate to 92%, which is better than traditional vacuum drum filtration.

7. Recycling of brewing yeast
 After the brewing yeast liquid is filtered and dehydrated, the solid content of the yeast mud reaches 25-30%, and the activity retention rate is more than 85%. The recovered yeast can be directly used for the next batch of fermentation, reducing the raw material cost by 30%.

8. Solid-liquid separation of crystallization mother liquor
 In the crystallization process of sodium vitamin C salt, the filter press is equipped with an elastic membrane filter plate made of PP material. The crystal crushing rate is reduced to less than 5% through the extrusion pressure of 0.5MPa, and the product particle size distribution D90 control accuracy is ±10μm.

9. Clarification and filtration of biological vaccines
 A fully enclosed sanitary filter press system is used, equipped with a 0.22μm sterilizing filter membrane, to complete the terminal sterilization of the vaccine stock solution in the GMP workshop environment, with a processing flux of 200L/m²·h, which complies with the FDA 21CFR Part11 electronic record specification.

10. Food additive refining
 Caramel color, citric acid and other additives are decarbonized. The double-sided filtration design makes the activated carbon interception efficiency reach 99.9%, the single machine processing capacity is increased by 40%, and the residual carbon content is ≤10ppm.
