Filter press Screw conveyor

In the filter press industry, the screw conveyor is responsible for the efficient conveying of filter cakes after solid-liquid separation. 

It adopts shaftless spiral blades and U-shaped trough structure, and realizes the continuous and closed transmission of high-humidity and high-viscosity filter cakes through the axial thrust generated by spiral rotation, effectively avoiding secondary dust and material scattering. 

In view of the high moisture content and strong corrosiveness of the filter cakes produced by the filter press, the screw conveyor adopts 304/316L stainless steel or polymer wear-resistant lining material, and is equipped with a variable frequency speed regulation system to accurately match the discharge rate of the filter press to ensure the continuous operation of the system. 

The anti-blocking design of the hollow shaft structure and the large inclination angle conveying capacity can adapt to the differences in the fluidity of the filter cakes. 

At the same time, the fully sealed design meets the environmental emission requirements, significantly improving the automation and processing efficiency of the filter press system.
