Linear Vibrating Screen

The Kerte linear vibrating screen is a new range of screening equipment developed to meet domestic production needs by integrating technologies from the United States and Germany alongside market requirements. It enables automation within production lines. It is widely used in the coal, metallurgy, energy, and construction material sectors—among others—for classification (dry or wet), dewatering, desliming, and dense-medium recovery of medium- to fine-grained materials.

1. Uses an eccentric mass or eccentric exciter to generate powerful excitation force. 

2. The screen box and its openings are laser-cut from a single piece; the box is formed by bending without welding, thereby eliminating cracking risks associated with welding stresses. 

3. The screen cross-beam and box are assembled using high-strength bolts, with no welded joints. 

4. The screen support utilizes rubber springs (which are costlier but offer superior performance); compared to metal springs, they provide a longer service life, corrosion resistance, smooth operation, reduced noise levels, and lower impact on foundations. 

5. Uses flexible couplings for smooth operation. 

6. Uses a fluid oil lubrication system to ensure bearing durability and longevity. 

7. Uses polyurethane screen panels—durable materials that are resistant to wear and easy to maintain or replace.
