Efficient & fast filter press rubber filter plate

The rubber filter plate is the core component of the filter press system. 

It is molded with high-strength rubber (such as nitrile rubber, natural rubber or EPDM rubber), and a metal skeleton or fiber reinforcement layer is embedded inside to improve structural stability. 

Its design includes precisely arranged filtrate channels and feed holes, which fit tightly with the filter cloth through elastic deformation, and achieve efficient solid-liquid separation under high pressure (usually 0.6-2.0MPa) conditions. 

When used in the chemical, mining and environmental protection fields, the corrosion resistance (can withstand pH 2-12 media) and wear resistance of the rubber material significantly extend the service life (30%-50% higher than PP plates), and its superelastic recovery performance (elastic modulus 3-15MPa) can adapt to the expansion of the filter cake to ensure a leak-free seal. 

In the automatic filter press, the high resilience rate of the rubber plate (≥85%) supports rapid unloading and reduces energy consumption by 15%-20%, especially suitable for continuous filtration operations of high-viscosity materials containing sharp particles.
