Polypropylene box type filter plate

The polypropylene box filter plate is the core component of the filter press. 

It is made of modified polypropylene (PP) material through precision injection molding. 

It has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, anti-aging and high temperature resistance (≤110℃). Its box structure consists of multiple filter plates stacked together to form a closed filter chamber. 

The filter holes and guide grooves are regularly distributed on the surface, and the filter cloth is used to achieve efficient solid-liquid separation. 

Under high pressure, the filter plate quickly drains water through the internal flow channel, significantly improving the filtration rate and filter cake dehydration rate, and the moisture content after filtration can be reduced to 15%-25%. 

The lightweight design of the filter plate reduces energy consumption, and its acid and alkali resistance is suitable for harsh working conditions such as chemical industry, mining, and environmental protection. 

It is especially suitable for sludge dehydration, mineral processing and refining, food and pharmaceutical industries. 

Its modular structure is easy to maintain and has a service life of up to 5-8 years. It has the advantages of high-efficiency filtration and low-cost operation and maintenance, and is a key component for upgrading modern filter press processes.
