JJ1323 diagonal filter cloth

JJ1323 twill filter cloth is a high-performance filter medium made by twill weaving process, specially designed for solid-liquid separation process of filter press. 

Its twill structure forms a regular three-dimensional pore distribution, with high interception accuracy (can intercept 5-50μm particles) and good water permeability, suitable for deep dehydration of high-solid content materials such as mining tailings, chemical slurry and sewage treatment. 

The filter cloth is woven with high-strength polyester or polyamide fiber, and maintains dimensional stability after heat setting treatment. The surface flatness reaches ±0.3mm/m², ensuring the sealing and uniform formation of filter cake during the filtration process. 

It has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance (pH 2-12) and wear resistance index> 8000 times (Martindale method), can withstand 60-80℃ working conditions and 3MPa pressing pressure, significantly extending the service life. 

Adaptable to plate and frame/chamber filter presses, it can achieve a solid recovery rate of >98% in the fields of red mud dehydration and ceramic glaze fine filtration, while reducing the filter cloth clogging frequency by more than 30%, and the comprehensive operating cost is reduced by 18%-25% compared with plain filter cloth.
