High temperature filter cloth

High temperature resistant filter cloth is a key filter medium in the filter press industry, specially used for high temperature solid-liquid separation conditions.

It is made of high molecular composite materials such as aramid, polyimide or glass fiber, and is made through special weaving and surface treatment processes, and can withstand temperatures of up to 200-300°C.

In the metallurgical, chemical and ceramic industries, it is used to process high temperature slurry, hot slag or steam drying materials, which can effectively maintain structural stability in high temperature environments, avoid fiber softening or shrinkage deformation, and ensure filtration accuracy (up to 1μm) and mechanical strength (tensile strength ≥2000N/5cm). 

It has both acid and alkali corrosion resistance and low adhesion characteristics, which can improve the continuous operation efficiency of the filter press, reduce the frequency of filter cloth replacement in high temperature environments, and extend the service life to more than 3 times that of ordinary materials.
