High pressure membrane filter press

High-pressure diaphragm filter press is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment, widely used in mining, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields. 

Its core features and functions are as follows: 

 1. Structural design The diaphragm filter plate and filter cloth combination structure is adopted. The filter plate has a built-in elastic diaphragm. High pressure (1.6-3.0 MPa) is applied through the hydraulic system to achieve dynamic squeezing under high pressure field, which significantly improves the dehydration efficiency. 

 2. Secondary squeezing function After the feed is filtered, the diaphragm is inflated/watered to expand, and the filter cake is squeezed for the second time, so that the moisture content of the filter cake is reduced to 15%-25%, which saves more than 30% energy compared with traditional filter presses.

 3. High-efficiency filtration cycle The fully automatic control process (feeding → squeezing → blowing → unloading) shortens the operation cycle to 10-30 minutes, increases the processing capacity by 50%-100%, and adapts to the needs of continuous production.

 4. Modular configuration The filter plate is made of polypropylene (PP) or reinforced composite materials, which is corrosion-resistant and has a service life of more than 5 years; the hydraulic system supports multi-level pressure regulation to adapt to different material characteristics.

 5. Environmental protection and energy saving The filtrate has high clarity (SS≤50 mg/L) and can be directly reused; the low energy consumption design combined with the high solid content of the filter cake reduces the subsequent drying or transportation costs.

 6. Intelligent control system Integrated PLC and HMI human-machine interface, real-time monitoring of parameters such as pressure and flow, support remote control and fault diagnosis, and realize unmanned operation.

 7. Application scalability Suitable for fine particles and high viscosity materials (such as tailings, sludge, and biological fermentation residues), and can be adapted to a variety of scenarios by adjusting the filter cloth pore size (5-100μm) and process parameters. 

The equipment has become the core equipment for modern industrial solid waste treatment with efficient dehydration, low operating costs and high automation level.
