Filter press Pulling plate trolley

The plate pulling trolley is the core component of the automatic operation of the filter press, which is mainly used for the precise opening and closing of the filter plate and the unloading of the filter cake. 

Through the rail-type moving system and the hydraulic/electric drive device, it grabs and pulls the adjacent filter plates in sequence under the control of the PLC to form a continuous separation action. 

During operation, the positioning sensor and mechanical locking mechanism equipped with the trolley can ensure the alignment accuracy of the filter plate (usually within ±1mm) to prevent sealing failure caused by eccentric loading. The synchronously driven vibration device applies high-frequency micro-vibration when opening the plate, which promotes the effective separation of the filter cake and the filter cloth, and improves the unloading efficiency by more than 30%. 

The intelligent model also integrates a visual inspection system to monitor the status of the filter plate in real time and feedback to the central control to achieve fault prediction. The device significantly reduces the intensity of manual intervention and shortens the filtration cycle by 15%-20%. It is especially suitable for large-scale continuous separation operations of high-viscosity materials.
