Filter press Polyester filter cloth

Polyester filter cloth is an industrial filter material made of polyester fiber, which is widely used in solid-liquid separation process in the field of filter press. 

Its high strength, acid and alkali resistance (pH 1-13) and anti-microbial corrosion properties make it suitable for harsh working conditions such as sludge dewatering and mineral refining in the chemical, metallurgical, mining and environmental protection industries. 

Through the weaving process of plain weave and twill weave, the pore size of 5-300μm can be controlled, and 0.1-500μm particulate matter can be accurately intercepted. 

The short fiber structure improves the dirt holding capacity, the monofilament structure is conducive to cake unloading, and the film type can achieve surface filtration of ultrafine particles. The temperature resistance of 130℃ meets the needs of hot pressure filtration. 

With the working pressure of 0.6-2.5MPa of the filter press, it significantly improves the filtration efficiency (up to more than 98%) and extends the service life (40% higher than polypropylene). After the surface is heat-set and calendered, it has both dimensional stability and low peeling resistance, and is the core consumable of plate and frame/diaphragm filter press.
