Filter press Inlaid cloth

Mosaic filter cloth is a high-performance filter medium in the filter press industry. 

It adopts a multi-layer composite structure design and is usually made of polyester, polypropylene or nylon fibers through gradient weaving and special surface treatment process. 

Its core feature is that fiber layers with different pore sizes and functions are compounded through mosaic technology to form a gradient filtration system: 

- The surface layer is a dense wear-resistant layer to intercept fine particles; 

- The middle layer is a support layer to ensure structural stability; the bottom layer is a highly permeable layer to accelerate the discharge of filtrate. 

This structure gives it high filtration accuracy (up to 1μm), anti-clogging and acid and alkali resistance (pH 2-13). In plate and frame/chamber filter presses, mosaic filter cloth can handle high-viscosity and high-solid content (up to 35%) materials by optimizing the solid-liquid separation efficiency. 

The service life is increased by more than 50% compared with conventional filter cloth. 

It is widely used in mining dehydration, chemical crystallization and environmental sludge treatment, significantly reducing the moisture content of filter cakes and improving equipment production capacity.
