Filter press Hydraulic cylinder

The hydraulic cylinder is the core power component of the filter press. It drives the piston rod through the hydraulic system to generate high-tonnage linear thrust, and is mainly responsible for the functions of filter plate compression, pressure maintenance and unloading reset. 

During the filtration cycle, the hydraulic cylinder first outputs a constant pressure (usually 15-30MPa) to form a closed filter chamber for the multi-layer filter plates, and adjusts the sealing force in real time through the pressure sensor to prevent slurry leakage; 

After the filtration is completed, it automatically releases the pressure and drives in the reverse direction, driving the plate puller to separate the filter plates piece by piece to achieve automatic unloading. 

Its multi-stage sealing structure (such as Step Seal and Glyd Ring) and corrosion-resistant coating design can adapt to the working environment of high-pressure and high-solid-content media, and cooperate with the servo control system to achieve precise pressure curve control to ensure filtration efficiency and filter cake forming quality.
