Filter press Guide hopper

The guide hopper is a key structural component in the filter press that is used to directional guide the material into the filter unit. Its core function is to optimize the transportation and distribution efficiency of the solid-liquid mixture. 

The device uses geometric flow channel design (such as tapered cross-section, guide baffle) to achieve uniform spreading of materials to the filter chamber, avoid local accumulation or bias flow, and ensure the formation of a homogeneous filter cake on the surface of the filter cloth, thereby improving the filtration rate and the quality of the filter cake. 

At the same time, the guide hopper is made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials (such as 316L stainless steel or polymer coating) to meet the working conditions of high solid content, high viscosity or corrosive slurry. 

Its sealing structure is precisely matched with the filter press feed system, which can effectively reduce pressure loss and prevent leakage, ensure the continuity of system operation and process stability, and play an important role in efficient solid-liquid separation in the chemical, mining and environmental protection fields.
