Filter press Belt conveyor

As a key supporting equipment in the filter press system, the belt conveyor is mainly used to receive and continuously transport the filter cake after the filter press is discharged. 

It adopts an annular rubber/polymer composite belt, cooperates with a drive roller, a roller and a tensioning device, and realizes the horizontal or inclined conveying of the filter cake through a motor drive. 

In view of the filter press working conditions, the conveyor is designed with corrosion resistance, anti-adhesion and high load characteristics. 

The surface coating can prevent the adhesion of the water-containing filter cake, and the edge baffle and sealing structure prevent the material from spilling. 

It is precisely connected with the discharge port of the filter press to realize automatic and continuous discharging, effectively improving the system processing efficiency. 

At the same time, it is equipped with a correction device and a variable frequency speed regulation function to adapt to different production capacities and physical properties of the filter cake, and meet the centralized transportation needs of materials after solid-liquid separation in the chemical and mining fields.
