The low-temperature filter cake dryer is a key post-processing equipment in the filter press system, mainly used to further reduce the moisture content of the filter cake after filtration.
After the filter press completes the solid-liquid separation, the filter cake still contains a certain amount of moisture. The low-temperature dryer uses gentle heating (usually below 100°C) combined with hot air circulation or vacuum dehydration technology to efficiently evaporate the residual moisture without destroying the heat-sensitive components of the material.
Its function is to improve the efficiency of filter cake drying, ensure that the moisture content of the finished product meets the requirements of storage, transportation or deep processing, and avoid material denaturation, agglomeration or loss of volatile substances caused by high temperature.
