521 Filter press filter cloth

521 filter cloth is a high-performance filter medium designed for solid-liquid separation process of filter press. 

It is made of high-strength polyester fiber and corrosion-resistant synthetic material. Its unique twill or plain weave structure has high porosity and tensile resistance, which can effectively intercept 0.5-50μm particles. 

It is suitable for high-pressure filtration scenarios such as mine concentrate dehydration, chemical catalyst recovery and sewage treatment.

The surface of the filter cloth is treated with a special coating, which has excellent acid and alkali resistance (pH 2-13) and temperature resistance (≤120℃). With a water permeability of 3.5-5.0m³/m²/h, it significantly improves the filtration efficiency and reduces the moisture content of the filter cake to below 18%. 

Its multi-layer gradient filtration design can avoid deep clogging, and its service life is 40% longer than that of conventional filter cloth. 

It is especially suitable for the continuous high-pressure (0.8-2.5MPa) operating environment of plate and frame filter presses and diaphragm filter presses, while reducing energy consumption and achieving a solid phase recovery rate of more than 98%.
